Paid Time Off (PTO)

Employees work so hard in their jobs that they don’t realize they need a break. According to the U.S Travel Association, nearly three quarters of workers say they are stressed at work. Paid Time Off (PTO) is for employees to use as a vacation or time off from work. The benefits are great because PTO allows employees to have time off from work and have the time to relax and enjoy activities with friends and family. Although, not all employees use their PTO because they feel that it will be more stressful for them when they go to work. In addition, forty-one percent of American workers do not consider taking their paid time off in 2014 even though it is part of their compensation (U.S Travel Association).
